“Our Mackinac Island tour was incredible – truly one of the best trips we’ve taken. We can’t wait to go back! It was such a unique and unforgettable experience. The island felt like stepping back in time, with no cars – just horse-drawn carriages, bicycles, and a peaceful charm you don’t often find anymore.Staying on Mackinac Island was a highlight. Its elegance, rich history, and stunning views made the experience even more special. The lunch buffet at the Grand Hotel alone was a once-in-a-lifetime treat. We loved browsing the shops and galleries, learning about the history of the fort, and sampling ice cream and famous island fudge. The visit to the butterfly house was especially memorable – we even watched newly hatched butterflies being released. The mainland excursions added wonderful depth to the trip. Visiting The Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and Greenfield Village was both fascinating and educational. Touring Fair Lane, the Ford Home, gave us a glimpse into the lives of remarkable people from an era very different from our own.We also enjoyed our time in Frankenmuth, a charming Bavarian-style town. Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland, the world’s largest Christmas store, truly has to be seen to be believed. A relaxing boat ride and the vintage car parade added even more fun to the experience.Every detail of the trip was thoughtfully planned. The accommodations were excellent, the meals were delicious, and the motor coach was comfortable, complete with Wi-Fi and charging ports. All we had to do was pack our bags, relax, take in the scenery, and make wonderful memories.”
